This hotel was freshly painted, very clean and the staff was extremely polite. We stayed here because it was convenient to LSU. It is an older property but it was obvious that they try to keep it up.

They quoted me one price and now my credit card statement is 60 bucks higher. Gross rooms, dirty, scary clientele. I would stay away!~!!~

The kids and I were a little creeped out by the other residents of the hotel. Only one lamp worked besides the lighting in the bathroom and the pool must have been 90 + degrees. Not very attractive on the outside, but good on the inside. Check-in was relatively quick and accurate. Inside halls with key access provides security, not that it was needed.
