We were charged $71 (supposed government rate) for a room with dirty sheets. If we had driven a few more miles to Monroe, LA we could've stayed at a nicer place for less money. The area doesn't appear to be all that nice either.

Stayed here last week and I have no complaints. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, sheets were nice and soft. Had a refridgerator which came in handy for us. Check in was a breeze, we didn't have a reservation and I was just glad to get a room that late at night. The weather was getting a little dicey...

Jackson, Miss was our planned overnight stop but everything was booked so I had to drive into the sunset and finally stopped here. It was OK, but nothing memorable.
