Have been a rewards member for Marriott for years and stayed all over the world. Have visited this hotel many times since opening and have seen a rapid spiral downwards for quality, service, cleanliness, and maintenance. I would compare this hotel to a motor lodge or other very low class hotel. Will never stay again.

Arrived without a booking and room was available.....we had a room type request which was accommodated.
