The Clarion is not brand new but it's certainly a nice place to stay. Meets my requirements of clean, safe, & easy access to and from the hotel. Ended up here on a Priceline bargain rate and I am glad I didn't pay more. The property inside and out is not being kept up. There seems to be adequate staff but they seem to be unmanaged and self-directed spending more time socialising than attending to duty. A very short overnight stay. The personnel at the front desk were very helpful and courteous as were all of the people that we came into contact with. My highest compliments go to Marlon, at the excellent breakfast buffet. He worked constantly to make sure that our meal was a pleasant experience.

My experience at this hotel was great. The front desk clerks were helpful and the room was extremely clean. There were great restaurants nearby the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel was also kid friendly unlike other hotels close by. Each time we visit Shreveport we will definitely stay here.

We were totally satisfied with everything, from check-in to check-out! The staff was friendly, mannerable, and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and all of the appliances worked. The refrigerator came in handy!! The hotel is located near several food places and retail stores. We'll definitely be back!!!!
