We stayed at this location for two nights March 14 & 15th. Very clean, updated rooms. Free parking, free wi-fi, and continental breakfast for reasonable prices. Very comfortable bed, pillows, and bed coverings. Everything worked as expected. Hotel was full of high school ball players but we didn't hear them in our room.

Super friendly staff, both at front desk and at breakfast. Super room/suite, either new or recently renovated. Great breakfast with special sandwiches, grapefruit in a cup, fruit salad. Cookies in the evening. Entrance a bit tricky, squeezed between entrance to adjacent former hotel and access to interstate. Convenient to Lake Charles which is less than 10 minutes away.

We got this room from Priceline for $44 and that was acceptable. Wouldn't pay anymore, the rooms are nice but we could hear everything outside our door. This hotel is well decorated, nicely maintained, and clean. There were several hairs stuck in the carpet, but I can't complain about anything else. Wonderful staff, especially Venus, who was at the included breakfast every morning. Worth the drive from De Quincy for 5 days. Thanks! P.s. also go over to the Pitt Grill for dinner :)
