After an all evening storm was very tired the staff was extremely helpful. I was on the 3rd Floor I didn't smell strong smoke but you could still smell smoke. The bed was very comfortable and most of all the property was very clean. It was a good value for the stay.

This is not the place for a non smoker. My so called,"non smoking room" had two cigarette burn holes in one of the bed comforters. I've stayed in West Monroe often and you can get a much better hotel than this place for the same price.
