Very authentic decor. Spotless. Cathy and Carl have been at it for decades and they fit the part. Breakfast is the highlight and they have their song and dance down to a T. It's a well oiled machine, but behind the friendliness there is a ridgity. Lots of rules. Little warning signs everywhere. For example, when you check in you... More

What a beautiful location, home and host family! My husband and I stayed here for an overnight getaway in the Topaz Room. Cathy & Carl were warm and welcoming! The breakfast was phenomenal! The decor and feeling is exceptional, what a beautiful place! I was interested in the history of the inn and Cathy shared the wonderful story with us.... More

Carl and Cathy will treat you as if you are the first guests to stay at their Inn. They are kind and genuine and run a very good operation in a beautiful setting. I'm not the biggest B&B fan because I tend to like more privacy, but staying at the Jeweled Turret was a treat. Our room had the bath... More

The innkeepers, Carl and Karen, have a beautiful place. You can see the work that went into their inn by browsing through a photo book in one of the downstairs rooms. An eye for detail is apparent. Everything is perfect or near perfect. We will definitely be back.

This is our 3rd trip to Belfast in a quarter of a century and by far the energy was much higher. The Jeweled Turret Inn is one example of this. Our room, The Amethyst , was quirky and fun. The house was clean and quiet and all the little things were done right. The towels were soft, the carpets new... More

Our room was great, though small. Sherry and cheese in the evening is perfect. Breakfasts were a bit weak - no bacon/sausage during the weekend, no choices and fake maple syrup. Fake syrup is a big faux pas in New England. Very comfortable sitting areas.

We stay at B&Bs whenever we travel, and the Jeweled Turret Inn is at the top of our list to return to. The innkeepers are the best - very attentive and friendly. The inn itself has an interesting history, is in top condition, and is nicely appointed. The location couldn't be better; right in town and close to the waterfront.... More

We enjoyed our 31st anniversary here and were delighted with the accommodations. There is a lot of attention paid to detail with antiques and pictures galore spread all over the house. The entire house was a clean as could be which is a definite challenge with all items to be tended to. The owners were charming and cared a great... More

We enjoyed one night at the Jeweled Turret Inn. Our favorite part of our stay was the wonderful location for walking around the charming city and down to the water. Our room was spotless with a massive bathroom and a very comfy bed. The room itself was perfectly decorated while the inn itself was much more "busy". The only negatives... More

My husband and I recently stayed at The Jeweled Turret Inn in Belfast. Cathy is an outstanding hostess. Breakfast was delicious, afternoon sherry and cheese and crackers a wonderful surprise. The Victorian Inn is lovely. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our only regret is that we had only booked one night. Marie, Dartmouth, MA
