Great location and view of the Boothbay Harbor, only a short walk into town. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable with a large shared porch and great view. The in keepers were gracious and the breakfasts were good.

Great b&b, lovely rooms and great views. Breakfasts were lovely with very friendly hosts. Stay away from the italian place on the main street. Terrible food and overpriced. My wife and I really enjoyed the two days we stayed at the Topside - view great especaily from Room 4 and swivel chairs unique feature - this is first class lodging with excellent help for touring, etc from owners - breakfast outstanding - will return when we are in Maine again.

The room was lovely, the view was fantasic, the food was excellent! Only complaint, the website said that the inn doesn't accomidate children under 6, but the room below us (and hence the balcony below us) had a screaming child for one of the nights. Maybe not 6, but certainly not what was honeymoon friendly.
