If you are looking for a "home away from home"...this is the place!! I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to the awesome folks that own the Bucksport Motor Inn. I recently relocated to the Bucksport area and had a long term stay at this property… Val & Eddie went out of their way to make me feel welcome... More

Extremely clean and spotless, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly owners. Will stay there again when I am in the area. Only about a mile from the Penobscot bridge and Ft. Knox, both worth visiting. Stayed two days for business. Excellent little sea food place about a like up the road called Carriers Mainely Lobster. Dunkin Donuts next door

There aren't many options in Bucksport and this one was rates #1 of 2 hotels in town so what else was I gonna do. Made the reservation a few hours before arriving and it was already late. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was already going to bed but made arrangements for our rooms to be open... More

This was one of my worse stays! The customer service was terrible. The lady was very rude and rough, did not appreciate her attitude at all. The room was small, not clean, and not worth the price! Never again...

This is a small family run hotel. The rooms are absolutely spotless. Friendly staff. Only bad thing is the bed in our room was extremely noisy and woke me up every time my husband moved during the night. If you are going to view the Penobscot Bridge this place is about a mile away.

This is a small family run hotel. The rooms are absolutely spotless. I kept looking around and could not even find dust on the baseboards. If you are going to view the Penobscot Bridge this place is about a mile away.

We stayed here because the rates were pretty decent and the reviews seemed to be good. HUGE MISTAKE!!! As soon as we walked in, it was clear that the place was clearly outdated. The room had a muggy smell to it and were dirty. BEWARE OF BEDBUGS! We tried to tell the management but they yelled at us for waking... More

Recently stay here while visiting relatives in Bucksport area. Very clean, privately owned motor inn. There is a Dunkin Donuts in front of the motor inn along the highway. It was very quiet and actually had windows that could be opened. The room we had was very clean and I had no qualms about leaving my laptop in the room... More

Stayed at this place while taking a motorcycle course and though it was very nice. The lady checking is in (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to rest your head at night. Definetly will come back if headed to the bucksport area again.

The hotel is located two minutes outside of Bucksport at Route 1 towards Acadia. We stayed there one night on our tour through New England. We had a spacious room on the lower floor ond the backside of the building. Our room was very clean and nice - also the bathroom. There was enough space for all our belongings and... More
