Noisy heating system, but hotel provided alternative heater upon complaint. Thin synthetic blankets but hotel provided comforter upon complaint. I think they know their shortcomings pretty well, therefore I give 2 stars instead of one. Food quality is awful but perhaps I am spoiled. Room decoration distasteful. This is the best place to stay while at Sunday River, the hotel is very nice, the staff is always there to help as needed. The SPA is very nice and the pool and work out room is very clean. We have stayed their though out the year, mostly in the winter and summer, with a few fall visits. More
