Clean, comfortable and convenient...what more could you ask for?. Service? Excellent! Views? Wonderful! The facility was spotless. The grounds were meticulous. The location is convenient to the village of Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. The rooms were just recently renovated. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work.

We stayed here during the fall and were here as the first NorEaster came in. In spite of the weather, the view from our room was great, the staff was very accommodating and our room was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
