Reservations managed to mess up my number of rooms needed and gave me wrong information about hotel policy. When I tried to contact customer service all I got was the run around. The staff was unwilling to fix reservations mistakes. There are plenty of nice places in Portland Maine to stay that are affordable, clean, and have great service. More
