This was our first stay. The rates were very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. It had the feel of an old time motel with parking in front of your room and actual keys (not cards). The staff was friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent hosts.....extremely clean.....great security.....reasonable prices. A wonderful motel to stay at while in the Wells Beach area. Easy access to all Wells Beach attractions and restaurants. We have stayed there for many years and intend on staying with Marc, Debbie, Steve, Fern and Jeanette in the future.

We stay here frequently. We have been very satisfied with room, location, price and service. This is not a luxury resort, but for 50-60 dollars for night it is a very good value (off season rates).
