I actually really want to give this property four stars. Many of the reviews are unnecessarily tough- yes, the lobby isn't modern. But it's large, nice, and very warm/inviting. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Hallways were quiet, concierge loung was big and nice. Location is very close to an Outback and Carrabas if you want to leave the property, making... More

Service terrible. Cleanliness subpar. The hotel is in disrepair. This is more like a bad motel. I would never stay there again.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a year and enjoy my stays. The staff is very friendly. The only issue is for anyone with joint/health issues. The hotel is huge and very spread out so expect you may have to walk a large distance to get to your room. If you are there for an event you will... More

This hotel is from the early 1970s and it shows its age in certain areas: The room doors are marked, scruffed and scratched, the furniture in the rooms is not in the best of condition, the tennis court is in need of serious repair. That being said the room I had #340 was large, comfortable, quiet and clean. At check... More

We stayed here for a family wedding. We would have left immediately after checking in if everyone else wasn't in this hotel. There are much better hotels in the area of less. The rooms are TINY! The beds are just full-size, rather than queens, so we spent our nights getting kicked by the kids. Reasonably comfortable and clean, but don't... More

Bizarre things: (1) The smoke detector was hanging from a chord from the ceiling (2)Bathroom: I took a shower and the water pressure was about half of what it should have been to take a shower, there was not enough shampoo to wash my hair and we stayed in a two bed room, the towel I used was covered with... First of all, if you are a Priceline guest, expect to be treated differently. I have seen this sometimes. It would make more sense to treat customers who use Priceline nicely because using their service allows you to try hotels that you wouldn't ordinarily try but stay in and would return to if you experience a pleasant stay. Some places... More

I tend to choose Marriott's because they have a predictable level of comfort and excellent customer service. This property changed my mind. 1) I was in town for a wedding and 3 months in advance asked for a room with two double beds because I was sharing it with a friend. I checked in and there were none available because... More

We visited the hotel after purchasing a Living Social deal for a one night stay. They let us check into our room four hours early to drop our luggage off and did not charge us anything extra. The room was very clean and spacious. The TV also was new and the bathroom was very clean. Pool area was also very... More

As several of the other reviewers have stated, this Marriott needs updating and a good cleaning. The tile floor in the elevators are dirty, the stairwell carpeting is filthy and the area is not lighted well. I stayed 3 days for a conference and used a rear entrance to section F where my room was located. Trash was at the... More
