The front desk staff needs an attitude adjustment! The indoor pool had cold water, the hot tub, had colder water. The onsite coin operated dryer was not working properly. The rooms were cold and the hallways even colder. I asked the lady at the front desk for some extra towels, she replied only in exchange for some old ones!!
