I stayed there the first week of August. We did have a leaky roof problem but once reported to the management they not only moved me to a new room but also offered to help carry our belongings. Yes, this place is not new but they try to keep this clean and affordable. Staff was great.

The Riviera was absolutely disgusting and you could not pay me to stay there ever again! I mean that 100% of the way. This was the worst stay at OC. Dirt under beds,around floors/walls. Glass on bathroom floor. Need new carpet in room(BIG SPOTS ON FLOOR). Sink in kitchen dripped. Kitchen ceiling falling.
