Nice, clean motel. Attentive and friendly staff. The pool was the cleanest I've ever seen at the beach. Good location, oceanblock. Only a short 1/2 block walk to the beach, no streets to cross, which was wonderful as we were traveling with two small children. Elevator. Affordable rates. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was particularly rude and would never give their names. The room was not what we asked for. It was dirty, the lock on the door never worked and we got charged for it despite complaints. When I was holding the elevator the manager yelled at us to not do that.
