Excellent hotel and location staff very friendly willing to assist Barbara the maid is the best give her a raise!!!

We stayed in the south tower building and found it to be clean. The people from the front desk to restaurant were very friendly. The night security guy was very pleasant and personable when it came time to tell us to lower our volume. Can't beat the location, just a few steps from Pizza, beer, and beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff was great and so friendly and the room was so comfy and relaxing, we are reserving our room again for this year....can not wait to go back!!

We visited in late August, 2011 for a few nights. A balcony on the boardwalk for $159 a night? I am there! The room was clean, the motel seemed to be well-run, the folks were friendly, and parking was fine. Very good location. A plus, their associated diner is good, fun and decently-priced. We WILL be back.

Have stayed there for 20 years. Rooms are very clean and reasonable rates for OC. Ocean front rooms have terrific view and are much cheaper than any we have found.
