we use this hotel for the soccer tournaments every year. Very suprised this year. when they came in to clean the room the only thing they did was supply towels and make the beds. I am not happy to see that your stay was not enjoyable because of issues that incurred. I have security here on our property from 11pm to 7 am every night. If there were any disturbance on our property the security team would've handled it they were notified. I do apologize about the surrounding areas with the abundance of kids... More
