Ok I have been here 3 nights and everyday I return they have yet to clean the coffee pot. Today they just threw the bed together,couldnt even take the wrinkles out of the pillow. Great hotel and the perfect location. Being on the boardwalk makes it a convenient location to walk to shops, restaurants and arcades. Nice oceanfront balconies, spacious rooms, and good service. Nice breakfast, though a few more tables would help. Nice to have indoor pool, especially in the off-season. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Had a ocean view room (great view). The room was completely updated with fresh paint. Hotel literally on the boardwalk. Chose it for the location, expecting a room that was average at best. Pleasantly surprised. Clean large rooms, well maintained facility, nice breakfasts including sausages and eggs. And friendly staff. Would recommend this venue if you want a family sized clean room on the boardwalk.

Just stayed 3 nites on a golf trip. Had rooms in the side building not ocean front. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Had a balcony with nice ocean view. Efficiency kitchen was conveneint for cooking breakfast. Nothing special about the room. Had 2 double beds. Room was not too dirty, but a but worn and dated.
