I travel for work and have to stay within a company budget, so I have stayed in some places I would normally not consider. The location sounded nice because it was close to where I need to be. The check-in was slow. The night manager was checking the man before me in for what was an eternity. The poor guy... More

Words cannot express how angry, disgusted, and ashamed I am to have even considered to have chosen this hotel. The staff are horrible; they have no manners and the cleaning staff cannot do their job. The rooms are dirty, they have a weird smell, the ac/heater is weird and the tv decides when it wants to give you a good... More

The services were excellent close to those provided by five star hotels. Rao and Loma were determined supervisors. When my car couldn't start, Rao was available to indicate places where I could use some help. Rao and Loma answered all my questions including nearest best places for food, library, and FedEX services. There was no microwave and refrigerator in the... More

First of all, I too had two of the problems that were stated in other reviews. The carpet, and a bed cover to one of the beds, smelled like urine. Though the odor was present, it could only be smelled momentarily in certain places in the room. For the price, I learned to live with it. The review about bed... More

There aren't many places in Pikesville (why is that?), and HO-JO's can be decent. This place is really in a reasonable location, close to all the local Kosher bakeries, and the largest Kosher market on the planet (Seven Mile Market), and there's a fabulous Uzbek restaurant right down the street. The prices were from the 1950's: $46/night, prepaid. So, all... More

My room was actually a flat (home office). Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is not close to Inner Harbor but not so far from metro (Milford Mill) and bus 53 (Mondawmin) and 59 (Reisterstown Plaza) stop in front of the hotel. A Mac Donald is in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and wi-fi. Swimming pool available. My... More

We were on our way towards Baltimore and it was getting a bit late when we passed this motel. It advertised rooms for $55 so we thought we'd take a chance. I was a bit put off by the desk clerk's bullet proof screen but the bedroom was fine with 2 double beds, large tv and a good size en-suite.... More

I arrived at this hotel after my husband made an online reservation through hotels.com for a tournament he was in the area for. I pulled up out front with my two children in the car, and immediately knew I would NOT be staying at this hotel. I was not looking for a 5 star experience, however I was looking for... More

Some of my family and I had stayed in this room for one night to get to one person to BWI the next day. We checked in and the smoke alarm was ripped out of the wall and there were fingerprints all over the headboard on one of the beds. The bathroom was old and nasty and the pool was... More

Safety and location are very important to me, I feel so comfortable I slept every night I was there. There is a police station a stone throw away. The train station is in walking distance which so convenient because I go down town B'more; and a mall down the road from the hotel. Loma Rao is my favorite frontdesk rep.... More
