“Great hotel”

This is a nice hotel. The staff is really nice and the hotel is clean. I recomend the one bed room suite. It was very spacious. The breakfast was really good and the location is good. The beds are also comfortable I will return.

“Satisfied Repeat Customer”

I have stayed here three times now and would come back again. Free parking, free WiFi/Ethernet, rooms are clean and quiet, elevators are relatively speedy. I would give complimentary breakfasts mixed review, as were the complimentary dinners; although the restaurant next door (across the lobby) was very good.

“Good for Business Trips”

Parking was free, front desk was helpful and efficient at check-in, elevators were speedy, rooms were clean and quiet, rooms had free WiFi and/or Ethernet connections, complimentary breakfasts were OK, complimentary dinners were so-so (although dinner in the restaurant were very good. This was the third time I stayed here and I would stay here again.

Staff was inattentive, unhelpful, poorly informed and often rude. Our reservations were mishandled. We could not obtain necessary confirmations for our large room block.
