I found the hotel and staff to be top notch. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The coffee in the resturant and lobby was very good. They also provided lemon flavored water in the lobby. The fitness room was small but adequate providing not too many users at one time.

Location and general amenities are excellent. Loud air conditioner noise is stressful - very loud and annoying. Shower takes a long while for hot water to appear. Front desk clerk disengaged. Twinbrook Metro proximity is convenient.

We had a great experience. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable-- loved the down comforter! Definitely worth the money spent. We came in two separate cars and were only charged to park one car. Check out was a breeze.

This hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and convenient to everything one would need while away from home. I felt very safe at this location, and everything that was on the website was available at this hotel.
