“BEWARE THE $1.50 "ROOM SAFE" CHARGE”

For a chain that prides itself on the "hassle free guarantee" it's hard to believe that they automatically charge you $1.50 to use the room safe, unless you remember to tell them not to upon checkout. “Very fine room; facility average”

Superior room was very modern with every needed convenience. Fine free Wi-fi, and great working table with many outlets. Room and facility were very clean. However, walls are thin, and highway noise is more than in most places.

“Home away from home.”

I had the pleasure of staying in one of the new rooms. It was really relaxing and I just loved the spacious desk. The desk clerk, Goldie was really welcoming. I felt that she was expecting me and she was so knowledgable of the area. Housekeeping kept my room clean. Glad I stumbled upon this place.

“Great service and clean rooms”

My stay was awesome the service was great clean rooms and convenient to Baltimore downtown. Front desk staff delivered us newspaper in the morning. Look forward for future accommodation. Thanks a lot Red Roof

This was my first stay with Red Roof. I must say overall I give it a 10. I totally underestimated Red Roof. From my check-in(very courteous and polite). “Great Service”

Front desk lady, her name Goldie was very friendly...I had to check in early and she was very accommodating with early check in... I had the pleasure of staying in one of the renovated which is well worth it...the color combination creates a peaceful place to stay.. No free breakfast but McDonald's is within walking distance...

“Clean, nice, pet friendly”

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. It had a refrigerator (no freezer tho) and mini-microwave. Love the free wireless and had no problems with it. There were rowdy guests at 2am, but all was quiet after I called the front desk to complain. Major gripe was very thin and sparse towels. Need to upgrade these, please!
