Great place to explore the Cape. Office staff exceptionally nice. The grounds are NOT maticulousl manicured as it states inthe ddescritip,. Everything could use a good trimming, some fertilizer, and updated yard maintence. Likedhaving a washer dryer int heunit. made adifference.
