Outstanding customer service! Many times as we were wandering around a staff member would come up and see if we needed anything. There were stains on the bathroom floor and were crumbs on the chairs and room floor from the previous guests. Housekeeping did not properly clean the room and bathroom. In addition, the Front desk took a long time to answer the phone.
