We stayed three nights last August and really enjoyed our time there. Very friendly and helpful hosts, great location, and well kept B&B. Good value. All of the other reviews sum things up well. We would look forward to staying here again.

The price, the hostess, the food and the accomomdations are simply the best. The location allows easy access to all areas of the Cape. We come back year after year, usually multiple times a year because we enjoy it so much. It's affordable for the Cape, yet there is no scrimping on what you get. It's very clean and comfortable.... Large, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood, located in an area for easy access to Orleans, National Seashore, bays, Nauset Marsh, and the ponds. The host is gracious, accommodating, and tons of information about the area. A wonderful breakfast and conversation, a visit with old friends.
