We stayed in the Red Roof for 3 nights, rooms are clean, beds are good, decoration is simple + modern. Took us with our car about 30 minutes to get to downtown Boston. Excellent place for a Boston city trip, nearby huge shopping mall.

I have spent one or two nights here every week for the last month and a half. The front desk is always cheerful, smiling, and accommodative. Each room has been newly renovated and is spotless.Restaurants and shopping are nearby with many selections. Short drive to nearest T stop to get into Boston. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for one night to avoid Boston rush hour in the morning. The location could not be more convenient off the Mass Pike exit. The room was clean and it was surprisingly quiet for its location. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door for breakfast.

She realizes that actual unscripted conversation with people is what's truly valuable; she makes real connection with you. She made me feel as if she knew what I was going through, having just lost an heirloom watch, and offered suggestions from her own experience.

Excellent staff service at the counter and clean environment. Bev at the front desk is knowledgeable with the area and is really helpful! The place is quite and easy access to the highway and restaurant and local mall. Price is reasonable as well.

Bev, the front desk clerk for most of the weekend, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Internet connection is weak, wouldn't load some sites at all. Logan Express bus terminus is a 10 minute walk away, very convenient (although there are no sidewalks for 2/3 of the distance).

Friendly staff and excellent service. Bev took care of me with directions, recommendations, and various other special needs. Nice personal touch with the guests of my large group. She looked out for us!
