We drove in from Quebec - for our long w/e (Victoria Day) - and stayed here - where we were attending a Porsche meet up for the w/e. Very comfortable room, bed. Service was excellent. Was abit worried at first with reviews at the Sheraton website for the hotel itself - I guess some folks are just too picky? Would... More

Our room was up-to-date--e.g., caulking and fixtures in bathroom looked like new. Towels were a decent size and quite fluffy (not the small, thin, scratchy ones you get at some hotels). I saw a complaint on tripadvisor about the bathroom being small, but ours seemed pretty normally sized for a hotel. Comforters were fluffy and cozy. The hotel offers secure... More

An older property well maintained. My biggest complaint and the reason that I will not be staying at Sheraton's in the future, is that unless you are one of their frequent flyers ( or what ever they call it) there is no Wifi. You are forced to go to the lobby and wait in line. The staff could have been... More

We stayed at this hotel for a night while we went sight-seeing in Boston. The room was VERY large and very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small.............kind of reminded me of a bathroom on a cruise ship!! It was clean, though. One disappointment was the fact that this hotel DID NOT offer free wi-fii.............GET WITH THE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!They had one small... More

Reserved a Club Level bedroom, and was told at check-in, that it was sold out. Gave me a standard room instead, but charged me a Club Level room. When I told the front desk associate she said that I needed to speak to the Sales Manager the following morning, and that she would not be able to help in adjusting... More

We stayed for just a night while visiting family in the area. The bed was comfortable with big, fluffy pillows and a nice, soft comforter. Staff was friendly and nice. Indoor heated pool was ok with lap lanes, but no hot tub. Locker rooms and showers, plenty of towels. Very big gym, although I didn't use it. Must have been... More

In preparation for my daughter's wedding I looked for a number of hotels that could accommodate the wedding party and this hotel was very helpful in making plans with me. Great location to go in any direction with lots of other accommodations like meals and entertainment.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting the Boston area but don't want to pay Boston prices. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and it is about a 20+ minute car ride to the city. We often stay here when visiting our daughter who went to school in Boston and now lives there.... More

The hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. As Starwood gold I requested an upgrade but none were available. The front desk staff did offer me the ability to use the club lounge. I really appreciated this option. Room 528 was clean and adequately designed. AC is pretty loud but the sound does drown out the highway noise. The rooms... More

We stayed here this past weekend while in town to visit family and do a little shopping at the Natick Mall. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride to the mall which has an American Girl Store as well as great shopping. The hotel itself is on the older side, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was...
