I stayed here with a birdwatching group for a January weekend. The rooms are older, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view is the best! The beach with views of twin lighthouses from every room. A wonderful bargin!

The inn is right on the Ocean. Beach is good until tide comes in. Inn is older and rooms are in need of remodeling. Rooms are noisey. Staff is very friendly and they have coffee and donuts for a morning snack. Good location to Rockport and Gloucester. Harbor beach is just down the road.
