Stayed here for work. Heard every movement of person above me and shower noises of person next to me. Fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. All else was good but these were large enough issues to rate this down.

It is what it is....basic and a good choice. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying a couple of times a year when visiting our umass student and it's always just fine.
