No hall ventilation, room window does not open thus no fresh air. Asked to turn hot water heater higher because water just tepid. Next door neighbors though place nearly empty.Carpet and furniture need replaced. Typical run down motel.

Besides the HORRIBLE customer service and the rude front desk night manager, the hotel is a haven for local transients (in the parking lot all hours of the day and night), the room was far from clean, and the beds are too small. Stayed for a brief, 12-hour stay. The place was new-ish, clean, the staff was good humored, the beds were really comfortable, and even the roll-away bed was comfy. Surprising how much we all liked it.

I've stayed at this Howard Johnson twice and each time was very pleased with both accomodatons along with the attentiveness of their staff. The most recent visit was December 2010 and my stay was extended due to blizzard condtions and a flight delay. I have nothing but the highest complements for this Inn.
