“Great family hotel near Basketball HOF and other attractions”

Stayed here for a quick family trip and was very happy with not only the facility but the staff and the room (we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom which the kids loved!). Breakfast was tasty (especially for free) and the kids loved playing in the pool. Lots of families staying there made it a fun stay.

“Good management pays off”

After hideous experience with Hampton Inn Chicopee (to which we will NEVER return even if we have to sleep in the car) we switched to nearby Homewood Suites for a Mother's Day visit. “Best Hotel in the area”

We have stayed at this hotel in the past couple of years. The entire staff were professional and very polite. The hotel decor is fine, however very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at other hotels in the area, however, this is the best hotel in the area by far.

“U Mass Graduation”

I stayed here for my nephews graduation. I always loved homewood suites and this time was no different. The rooms are very large - I had the 2 queen bed suite. “Homewood Suites Stay”

My stay was very good. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definetly will come back. The breakfast and happy hour was good. Nice touch. You get a lot for the money.

“Sport Event Getaway”

In the area for a UMass sporting event - ended up in Holyoke as no rooms available in Amherst. The hotel was well located off of the interstate and easy travel distance to Amherst. Staff friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. I would recommend, if in the area for a similar purpose.

“A palace just off the Interstate”

We needed a place for a last minute weekend get-away. This is one of the nicest Homewood Suites we've seen (they're all fantastic, but this one was one of the best). “A Home away from Home”

This hotel has a very friendly staff and the property is very well maintained. Access to and from I-91 and I-90 is excellent as well. Homewood Suites Holyoke, MA is always my first choice when staying in western Massachusetts.

“great hotel”

We love this hotel. Its in a great location and great for families. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice to have a kitchen while on vacation. Breakfast is ok nothing fancy. It has a great workout room, pool and basketball court.
