This hotel has been newly renovated. The renovation is nice but the foundation causes the room to be tilted. There are no amenities. We were travelling to Boston to later head to "leaf peep" and stayed at Hull to save money. This hotel was recommended to us by some friends. I found it to be very nice with friendly hotel staff. I will admit that it was a little different but, overall, it was clean and nice.

We were there for a weekend for a wedding. Hotel was comfortable, clean and friendly. Beautiful view of beach and ocean. It was after Labor Day so the beach, hotel and area were not crowded and the weather was perfect.
