My husband and I spent three nights in the Garden Suite. The setting was great with a private bath, bedroom, and separate sitting room. The room was spacious and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. The private porch was great. The grounds are well kept. Breakfasts were perfect. Nancy and Bill were great hosts. We highly recommend this inn.

Out of all the places we've stayed at while on family vacations... this was by far our favorite. What a beautiful house and superb hosts. Our stay at Pheasant Hill was one of the best ever. We have stayed at B&B's from the East Coast to the West Coast and Pheasant Hill was one of the best. Extremly comfortable accommodations, great breakfast and two of the most pleasant hosts. We grew up in Marblehead and pheasant Hill was a fabulously wonderful experience that surprised us.
