Very good location for a Berkshires visit. Rooms are OK, probably due for a renovation but comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms and that worked well for 3 people + two Corgi's. Restaurant had a decent buffet breakfast, nothing special. Few places in the area that allow pets, so this one was appreciated.

Laura at the front desk was the most pleasant person to deal with. After a long drive in she was able to handle all of our needs. Every hotel should have a Laura. Thanks for everything.

Right downtown, walking distance to many restaurants. One nice place for lunch right in the hotel. Very convenient and vry nice people working there.

This crowne plaza is right in downtown Pittsfield. A good location, and not too expensive. Breakfast was adequate, and the server was easygoing. I'd recommend it.
