I returned to Dexters this past weekend and I cannot believe the transformation of this place! - It was always a great place to stay but it did need some work. The new rooms (which are well worth the few extra dollars to reserve!) are honestly incredible. The old blue carpets and dark wood has been replaced with wooden floors...
