I stayed there as part of a group of 13 people. This place is wonderful. Bob is great and was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that one of the people in our group, who is vegan with a dairy allergy, was taken care of for breakfast. Our whole crew was happy with our stay.... More

A road trip to the coast led us to this quaint little inn. Very friendly staff and unique rooms were a nice surprise. The continental breakfast with some homemade fare was excellent. The linens were super thick! The Inn made our experience a trip that will long be remembered. Defenitely a place we will look forward to staying on our... More

The John Randall House is a delightful destination providing a clean, quiet, nicely decorated room (and ensuites looked nice) for a terriffic value in charming Provincetown. Bob and others were most accommodating, helpful, available, and provided cheerful service. I must recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable room at very reasonable price. Thank you guys!

Don't dare call this place a 'bed and breakfast' or risk getting your head cut off. The John Randall House served as a great and affordable place to stay over the New Year's weekend. They offered an extra night free of charge after I made my reservation (I was unaware of their promotion). Everything is in walking distace of this... More

Unfortunately, the gay community has an unusually high capacity and tolerance for shabby customer service, and the John Randall House falls squarely within that tradition. I for one am done being underserved because of the smug belief that I am a captive customer. The facility was clean enough but the pillows were like sleeping on bumps of clotted cotton and... More

Owner Tim and staff go out of their way to produce a very clean and respectful B&B without sterilizing the experience of provincetown. My partner and I are frequent visitors to provincetown as we enjoy the National seashore, sailing and biking as well as the nightlife, shows and restuarants. We need a safe, affordable, comfortable bed and breakfast, where people... More
