Was there for husbands birthday....they took the time out to email me to find out what he drinks..and it was sitting in the frig, waiting for him to get there....the staff was so friendly and truly catered to us....

The John Randall House is a delightful destination providing a clean, quiet, nicely decorated room (and ensuites looked nice) for a terriffic value in charming Provincetown. Bob and others were most accommodating, helpful, available, and provided cheerful service. I must recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable room at very reasonable price. Thank you guys!

Reservation error didnt start things off well. staff didnt seem to care. Besides that, room was clean, staff is not friendly but they do their jobs. Call to make reservations. Do not use email or online system.x
