My hubby and I were doing a 3 day driving tour of Massachusetts and stayed at Admiral's Landing on our first night. The welcome we received by Audrey was friendly yet professional. We booked room 3 which was well appointed - a beautifully made up room with a good sized ensuite bathroom. As the B & B is on Bradford... More

My hubby and I spent three nights this past weekend in Ptown for my Bday. Robyn and Audrey are fantastic at what they do. The guest rooms are comfortable, but not frilly. Robyn is a fantastic baker and my hubby couldn't get enough of her blueberry cake. The morning we were leaving Robyn gave us two coffee's and three strawberry... More

A friend and I stayed two nights at the Admiral's Inn and it was a warm, friendly, and cozy experience. We had a nice variety for breakfast and constant options for tea/coffee, enjoyed chatting with the owners and guests and received helpful suggestions on where to eat and activities in town. The Inn is just a block from Commercial Street,... More

Audrey & Robin have done a wonderful job with this B&B. It was clean, comfortable and very well decorated and maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts very gracious. The room was cozy and had a decent sized attached bathroom. The location was only one block away from Commercial Street.

When you walk in to this charming B&B, a sign reads "Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends." That sums it up for me! Audri & Robyn are proud owners and hosts, and it shows with everything they do, from the breakfasts that include homemade delicacies, to the personal touches they offered during my stay last weekend. You will not regret... More

Had a wonderful stay at Admiral's Landing last weekend. Good location, very nice accomodations and Audrey and Robin are the nicest and most hospitable people I have ever met.. not too mention they do a great breakfast everyday.

Stayed here a few nights back while in town for the Green Arts Festival. Our room was perfect and Audrey and Robin were wonderful hosts. When Audrey found out we were vegetarians she suggested a great place in town for us for dinner and even made sure we had our own individual vegetarian fritata cups in the morning. Will definitely... I read reviews here and decided to stay at this b and b. The hosts were really helpful. They went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and plan our travel. Food great, but i went for the unhealthy option every time and now need a big diet to save me from the AMAZING baking. Fab place,... More

This 5 room B&B is in a central location. Restaurants are close, but during our visit(End of March) very few were open. We tried Napi's (Good). Rooms 3/4/5 are on the second floor. The staircase is rather steep and the two first floor rooms may be more suitable for the elderly. Parking is available on premises, but it may be difficult... More

My partner and I stayed here on a bitterly cold offseason weekend in the beginning of February. I think I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a more lovely, welcoming, warm and spotless B&B. Robyn and Audri were wonderful hosts who were friendly, helpful and made you feel at home but knew exactly how to give everyone... More
