We booked our trip based on the reviews we saw on here. We were hoping for the best, but got the worst. We do not usually book the "cheapest" option, and this is the exact reason why. You really get what you pay for. The good 1-Marie is very nice and helpful. 2- The price is great. 3-The location is... More

We have been coming to the Rockport area since 2003 and stayed in a few very nice places prior to 2005 when we discovered the Yuletide Inn..just came home from our 8th year there ..need I say more? There is only 1 other place we liked as much and that was in Conn..where hosts and the B and B were... More

The Yuletide Inn was everything we could wish for. Great room, very quiet neighbourhood, superb and plentiful breakfast buffet. Marie is a lovely, caring host, and we really enjoyed her company, and that of her two little dogs! Our only regret was to stay only one night at her place. The best bed and breakfast of our whole trip in New... More

Marie operates a B&B that feels like home, not like an inn. It's very comfortable (especially the beds) and cozy. The Christmas theme is interspersed throughout the home, but subtle (as previous reviewers stated). Interior furnishings and decor are a colonial/primitive style, which fits the home's colonial-style architecture. Room and adjoining bath were clean, but I would not say white... More

We booked all 4 rooms last year for a weekend wedding based on the reviews and that each room had its own bathroom without visiting. It was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent spread with waffles with hot syrup, egg casserole, bacon, peach cobbler, fresh fruit and we all liked the yogurt made with Marie's special... More

My parents and I stayed here and Marie offered to give me an air mattress. However, when we got there she decided to give me my entire own room! Her breakfasts were SO delicious: egg casseroles, cheesy potatoes, bacon, sausage, melon, strawberries, yogurt parfaits, french toast, pancakes, tea, and coffee. Marie, the innkeeper, was kind and friendly. she even typed... More

Only have positive to say. Won't find better quality price. Feel at home. Just a bit outside the town, no crowd and noise : 5 minute walk to attractions, perfectly located. I have back problems and was glad that bed was very comfy. X-mas decorations show they've been put in place since long but Marie is so nice that at... More

I was recently in the area for a wedding. Not wanting to spend an arm and a leg, I came across the Yuletide as the cheapest room in the town. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The inn itself is very charming and welcoming. Marie, the inn keeper, adds her special touch and charm to... More

My wife and I spent two delightful nights at Marie's wonderful B&B. From the moment we walked in it was clear that The Yuletide is a very special place. While we appreciated the charm of the old, historic house (which Marie restored along with her daughter), what really mattered to us was the warmth and graciousness that defines Marie as... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Yuletide Inn for 3 nights and we just fell in love with it. Marie puts Martha Stewart to shame with her lucious breakfasts each morning. My husband is not that easy to please when it comes to food and he absolutely loved everything. One can expect such dishes as egg casserole, potato... More
