The Westin Waltham was a great place to spend the night. We had an event across the street, so the location was perfect. We had a delicious flatbread pizza that evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning. We will be back!

My partner and me stayed in Westin Waltham for one night, the hotel is nice and clean, it's away from the road and very quiet at night. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept soundly when we were there. Front desk is also friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, but the food was outstanding, so no complaints here. The staff in the restaurant and bar were super nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It's close enough to the highway for easy access, but far enough away that you don't hear the noise.

Everything was perfect! I love the bed! So comfortable!! All the staff are so nice and the food is amazing. Very clean rooms with a fresh smell. I didn't use the pool but I did work out in the gym, which was perfect for what I was looking for. I can't wait to go back and sleep in the bed again!

The Westin-Waltham is our favorite home away from home. As you walk in the hotel, the smell is so comforting and inviting. The front desk staff are always pleasant, professional, personable and helpful. The property manager Rodney is wonderful to deal with. The beds, well if you've stayed in a Westin, you know. But if you haven't the beds are the most comfortable, inviting and cozy place i've ever slept besides my own home. The rooms, bathrooms, along with all common areas are always clean. If there is a mess of some sort, the staff is immediately taking care of it. We paid $1 extra on our reservation to have breakfast every morning. Well worth it! The restaurant and wait staff are excellent. The food is always so good, fresh and served hot. They now have a breakfast buffet, which is nice, but you are still able to order from the menu, which is a huge bonus in my opinion. The bar is lovely to sit and relax at. When there is an event the bar can be very active & lively, but that can also be fun. In the spring, summer and fall, looking out those gorgeous windows is a beautiful view. In the winter, it is still lovely to have a wall of windows to soak in the daylight and night sky. The pool and workout area are also well taken care of, clean and well laid out. The workout area has everything you need to get a good workout in. They both offer towels, a bathroom and a shower. If you forget workout clothes, the Westin has you covered! The pool is a lovely area, and is generally not busy. It is inviting for all ages to enjoy. There is a lovely park to walk right down the hill and around the corner. It is not a strenuous walk, and dogs are welcome. The top of the hill offers a beautiful view, is a quiet and peaceful play to sit, relax and breath in the fresh air and beauty. The location is also very good. It is safe, which is most important to me. Interstate 95 is right there, and it is about a 12 minute drive to downtown Boston. There are stores within a mile if you need anything, restaurants down the hill that are walkable, including a Dunkin Donuts if you don't like Starbucks (which is what's served in the hotel). Unfortunately the only downside we had this trip, which we've never experienced in 7 years of staying at the Westin-Waltham is now we have to pay for parking. It is a definite convenience to have a parking garage, but there is not an optional parking lot, if you don't want to pay the daily $15 fee

Any hotel with a 4 story "atrium" at the front door is gonna be tough whent it's freezing out. I ws here for three nights, asked to move my room the first night to be away from atrium, still couldn;t get warm... They maybe should offer space heaters in the rooms as some hotels do in Wisconsin.

Thank you so much for providing your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear about your room not being able to heat up properly. We are working with our Engineering team to make sure all areas of the hotel are heated, and as it's been especially cold recently, we are certainly looking at alternative options to supplement our existing heating systems. I hope you are able to give us another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience for your next stay.

We were disappointed by a very cold pool, too cold to enjoy swimming with kids. Fine if you were working out. Sadly, the website says heated indoor pool. Additionally there was a lot of dust in the room.

Thank you so much for providing your feedback from your recent stay with us. I'm so sorry to hear about the pool being cold so you weren't able to enjoy a nice swim with your kids. My understanding from talking to our Engineering team is that there was an unexpected issue with the heating system that has since been fixed. I also want to sincerely apologize for there being dust in your room, as that is certainly not the clean environment we expect to provide for our guests. We would love an opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel and make sure you have a much better experience.
