Never expected this place to be so comfortable. Usually hotel beds are stiff, but this was almost like home. Quiet and secure with a view (and across the street) from the ocean. Food in the restuarant was excellent as well.

We had two rooms, one was a Double Queen Kitchenette and the other was a Double Full bed for my adult children. The rooms were clean, comforatable, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant twice. Both times everything was excellent food, service, prices, etc. I recommend this hotel highly!!!

Just outside of Boston...the owners David and Connie are so accommodating...price is reasonable and these folks treat you like their family...TOTALLY AWESOME I cant say enough good things about this experience...will definitely stay here every time I am in this area

We stayed one night at the Winthrop Arms Hotel. The folks at the hotel were very accomodating to every request. The room was comfy, in a quiet neighborhood. Many of the rooms have a beautiful view of the shore. Highly recommend staying here!
