Went to Bay City for a 3-day conference. This facility is clean, and the staff was very competent and friendly. We ate in the restaurant a few times. Food quality was excellent and prices reasonable. The beds and bedding are so comfy.

The restaurant served delicious hot food and if you like to work out, the fitness room has enough equipment that you don't wait, it was clean and had a great view of the river and pool. Was staying here for a wedding. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very nice, and the hotel was very well maintained. I was a little disappointed in the catering though. The staff weren't very professional. One guy was carrying 12 dirty plates in one hand, and proceeded to clear others. What if he had tripped and those fell on someone.... More

We had our grandchildren for the evening and overnight. The pool area is wonderful. The staff is very nice. The property is very clean. I would recommend it.

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel and this is best place to stay in Bay City however requested king bed and was told "sold out" however when spoke to other hotel workers found out only "50 guests" were staying at hotel. We would have preferred a king bed as the double beds were small and uncomfortable. Other than that... More

We stayed and hosted a memorial luncheon for a family member in the Wheeler Room. Emily, the event coordinator was very helpful as we made the arrangements long distance. The event room was set up and ready on time. The luncheon was not spectacular, but the food was fresh and the staff was attentive. Our hotel room was very clean... More
