Of the Fairfield Inns, this location has provided a high quality stay each time we've been there. Bay City is a great destination for a long weekend, and we keep going back to this location.

Not an overall rough stay, and I was able to use award miles instead of cash.. but the girl at the desk did not check my ID - just took my name. When we returned from our night out - my boyfriend almost slipped on the wet floor in the hallway because there was no signage. The front door is... More

This is definately everything a fairfield inn is supposed to be. A nice clean place to stay with an excellent clean breakfast. We were there with our kids hockey team for a tournament, and they graciously let us use the breakfast area room to do activities with the kids at night. The only issue was the woman working at the... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We found the evening desk staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. We got there late, checked in, put our stuff away, and got something to eat before we tried the TV. It had no signal. The girl at the desk wanted to move us but we were already... More

Fair price for a rather ordinary Fairfeild Inn property. Generally clean and close to a shopping mall and Walmart if you forgot something for your trip. Even though your practically in the mall parking lot the hotel was quiet at night during this weekend stay. Staff was friendly. No on-siite workout room.

A one-night mid-week stay can be misleading as a hotel visit is depends on the behavior of those at the site on a given night, but this property met expecatations for a short-stay at reasonably low cost. Positives are the flat-screen TV with HD channels and free Wi-Fi. There seem to be varying degrees of style in fairfields and this... More

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. I have stayed in other hotels for about the same amount of money and had suites. I thought it was over priced for what it was. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and smelled good. The temperature in the room was very warm. Which was very uncomfortable... More

We stayed here for one night and were extremely pleased. We had great customer service from the moment we called to make a reservation. The staff was extremely friendly and always had a smile on their face. The room was clean and the continental breakfast had great choices. My kids loved the make it yourself Belgian waffles and the staff... More

We stopped here for one night while on a motorcycle ride. The hotel is easy to find in a built up area, with malls and large stores within walking distance as well as many restaurants. The property is entirely smoke free, so I am not sure where the comment about the smell of smoke came from by another poster; I... More

Good place to lay your head - clean, up to-date, friendly. Pool is open late for grownups. Friendly Staff, pet friendly and good complementary breakfast.
