This hotel was comparable to a lower end motel. Staff was friendly at check-in, but room was overpriced. My room was clean in common areas and that was about it. It was not sparkling by any means. Only stayed one night, but had no issues with the room. Room was very clean, along with the restroom/shower. I would recommend if in the Gaylord area.
