Have stayed here a fair number of times, I'd estimate about 3-4 dozen and have had no problems/issues that are worth mentioning. Hotel is pretty new, clean, good size rooms and a GREAT Front Desk staff/mgmt. Excellent value and good location close to XWays.

Joanne the Manager and Jennifer at front desk were excellent and very courteous. We stayed overnight and our room was nice and clean and spacious. It is a good location as we went to the Frederick Meijer Sculptur Garden and the hotel is a few minutes away from downtown Grand Rapids.

This place looks great from the pictures, but it is in a terrible, bad part of town. Rooms were smelly and this was definitely not a place to bring a family. Staff was friendly and helpful though. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially someone with kids.
