My son had his wedding reception here and it was an awesome event - everyone was friendly and made everyone's experience fantastic. And the rooms were great as well. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future!

Great job by all, from the time we checked in until we left things went well. It was a short stay, but we enjoyed our stay. We will recommend this hotel to others and will choose it again for next get away. It has a great location and is near everthing we needed.

Nice hotel,great staff,wonderful experience. We stayed because of a graduation party in grand rapids. Check in process was seamless and quick. front desk person was informative of surrounding area and gave us a map to venture around the area. brakfast was good and serrver was attentive. Could not asled for anything more,good job.

Our experience started in Feb., we worked with Stacey by phone and e-mail, she was so easy to work with, knowledgeable and an absolute professional. The rest of the staff was also a pleasure to work with.

Our room was never cleaned after our first night's stay; we had to then call for additional clean towels, since they obviously didn't get replaced. Decent facility with a friendly front-desk staff, but just not the level of quality service and attention we've come to expect from Hilton / DoubleTree.

Clean, friendly and great location. Would definitely visit again- really enjoyed it. The conference center was hosting a prom- and we could not even tell! The warm cookies and he coffee were great- such a nice cozy touch.

Very nice hotel stay. It was clean, good breakfast, nice prices for Happy Hour, and still close enough to downtown Holland so getting to the Tulip Festival was and easy drive. Gotta love the warm cookie at arrival!
