Nothing special about this place, but it worked for us as a late night stop over with 2 kids and a dog, and a good price. I felt it was clean, but old. The pool was empty. They wouldn't allow us to have a king bed because we had two (small) kids. Breakfast was basic but worked as well.

I stayed here with my sister who came to the area for a work seminar. The lobby area seemed nice enough, but beyond that, things didn't look so great. The hotel and rooms aren't anything special but the price was right. I always say as the price goes down expectation do to. If we had paid what the lakeside hotel wanted for this place I would have been upset but it was much more than what we paid for.

I was here for business, and to be honest, the proximity (or lack thereof) of the nearby lake was of no consequence to me. Driving around this town, it's obvious that this town is pretty much reliant on it's lake for any business activity that it has. This hotel is clean, easy on and off and is convenient to town. The pool area is nice and the breakfast was good. Friendly staff and fair rates. Nothing at at to complain about. Kids liked the pool alot. Rooms were modern and spacious.
