My partner and I took our wives for a fall trip and annual meeting. What a perfect spot to explore the area and then come home to a cozy place. Rooms very nicely appointed, fire in the fireplace every night, and Zeke and Penelope to give it a nice home feel for us. Bev made an awesome breakfast every morning...

Traditions is located in the geographical center of the Leelanau Penisula between Suttons Bay and Leland about 1.5 miles north of M-204 on Eagle Highway (it's not really a highway). Eagle Highway will take you North or South and M-204 will take you East or West until you hit water. We are near "wine country" and the only road that crosses Lake Leelanau. 20 minutes will get you to almost any point of interest on the peninsula. Our home sets in a valley surrounded by hard wood forests, a plum orchard across the road and cherry orchards on the top of the valley ridge. Cell phones don't work here! We have 3 rooms each with private bath and queen bed, the house has central air, lots of parking and lots of quiet. We serve a full breakfast with a different menu each day. A walk up the road and you can see Lake Michigan and N/S Fox islands. We look forward to your visit.
