“BEST VALUE IN LUDINGTON”

We stay at the Avenue Motel EVERY year and absolutely love it. I don't know what the last person was talking about. Our room(s) have always been very spacious. Queen beds with great bedding, the air condition NOT above the bed. Perhaps there are other smaller rooms but we have never stayed in anything but the above mentioned. One has... More

“Small and clean, but with very noisy A.C. window unit”

This motel offers very small but clean accomodations. The window A.C. unit is located at the head of the bed and is very, very noisy. The bed is a double, and the mattress was ready for replacement years ago. More

As native michigan residents, my wife and I have vacationed in Ludington for more than thirtyfive years. We love the area. It's the best beach town on the west sideof the state. We were recently in Ludington and had to find an overnight spot somewhat unexpectedly. After finding that the large chains were way overpriced with "in-season" weekend rates we stumbled on the Avenue Motel.
